Responsibilities: As the Lead Frontend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and implementation of frontend solutions for our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of frontend developers in designing and implementing scalable and responsive user interfaces using Angular and React frameworks.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design architecture, and develop technical solutions that meet project objectives.Providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed throughout the development lifecycle.Conducting code reviews, providing feedback, and implementing strategies to improve code quality, performance, and maintainability.Staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in frontend development, and advocating for their adoption when appropriate.Reporting onsite twice a week in Midtown Atlanta for meetings, collaboration, and team engagement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with expertise in Angular and React frameworks.Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on building responsive and accessible user interfaces.Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or NgRx.Solid understanding of frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice-to-have Skills:
Experience with other frontend frameworks such as Vue.js.Familiarity with backend technologies and RESTful APIs.Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
